Registration Agreement Terms

Although registration is not required in order to submit listings to the directory, it does come with additional benefits, such as automatic discounts on submission reviews and a generally faster review process.

All registrations MUST be confirmed. This is achieved by clicking on a confirmation link contained in an email that you will receive immediately after registration. It is therefore vital that you use a live and monitored email address, as all unconfirmed accounts will be permanently deleted after 15 days of registration.

Confirmed accounts that do not have any listings made and have not been logged into for more than a month will also be removed.

Confirmed accounts that have listings associated with them will NOT be removed.

Therefore, when you register an account with us, you agree that unconfirmed and unused accounts will be permanently removed without the ability to recover them.

When you make a submission, you agree to comply with the submission guidelines and rules and understand that listings not complying with the terms may be removed without notice.

You also agree that our listing terms and conditions may change from time-to-time and should therefore refer to the terms with each submission that is made.

While the administrators and editors of this link directory will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every link. Therefore you acknowledge that all links submitted to this link directory express the views and opinions of the submitter and not the administrators, editors or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other links and/or material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all submitted links and user accounts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the web-master, administrator and editors of this link directory have the right to remove, edit or move any link at any time should they see fit.

As a registered user you agree to any information you have entered in order to create an account being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster, administrator and editors cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
